The New Yamaha YZF R15 v3.0 has recently been launched in India. The bike gets its power from a 155cc, single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which is mated to a six-speed transmission system. The fuel injected motor offers a maximum power output of 19.7 bhp with a torque output of 14.7 Nm. The major strongpoints of Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 are its aggressive body styling, lively liveries and twin LED headlamps in which it is wrapped. The bike comes with a standard clipper clutch.

Compared to bikes which come with an international design, Yamaha R15 V3.0 of India has been moderated in terms of equipment to keep costs under control. The bike comes with a new 155 cc single-cylinder with a fuel-injected motor. The bike generates a power of 19 bhp of power and 14.Nm of peak torque and operates using the new Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) technology. This technology is the first of its kind to be used in a bike launched in India. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
There has been considerable substantial on new R15 over V2.0 though there is a slight dip in torque. The bike is equipped with disk brakes at both front and rear but doesn’t contain ABS. Other features which have been incorporated on the new R15 includes taillight, LED headlamps and an all-digital instrument console and better ergonomics.

The bike is equipped with an R-series design and therefore has a completely different look. This makes it bigger, bold and more charming as compared to other bikes in its segment. It has a split headlamp design with a tiny nose also. The bike is equipped with a big windshield and headlamps with LED lamps and daytime running LEDs are other distinct specifications of the bike. The wing mirrors have grown in size and the license plate location is a bit high. The bike appears big and mighty in images but in reality it does sit slow.
